Lance Zechmann

Until the age of nine I was raised on a hog farm just north of Carroll, Nebraska. It was there that I attended high school before heading to college in Lincoln, Nebraska, where I achieved my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

I became interested in a career as a commodity futures broker for many reasons. First being that it happens to be the family business and I have spent many years watching my Dad trade the markets. I believe that through watching and listening to his advice I have learned a great deal. Secondly, I decided to become a broker because I am a very competitive person. I love the idea of having something to compete against each and every day. Lastly, I decided to become a broker because I have grown up in Northeast Nebraska and the markets circle all of our lives. Everywhere you look the markets have an impact on someone or something.

Relationships are something I value most. I believe that a broker must have a strong relationship with their customers in order for them to work best together. A broker must be willing to do whatever they can for their customer to help them reach their goals. As a Midwest Futures broker, I plan on building lasting relationships with my customers, so that together we can work to reach their goals.
